Catering

Enjoy your event with a great and tasty meal! We have a good variety of Menus especially designed by Chef from La Scuola di Cucina. This menus are design to enchant your guest at an unforgettable evening.

Event Consulting

Consultation with new customers is complimentary. This is a good way that we can learn how and what you have in mind for the event to be and what can be needed. Once we figure that out we can start working. Texas Party Rental Event Planning and Consulting know and has a lot of contacts in the event industry, we can help you find the perfect fit for your needs that would make you shine.

Event Planning

Let our event planners help with all the details of your next event. Texas Party Rental Event Planning and Consulting could include something as small as helping to determine table counts. If you need something more all-inclusive, we can do it all from invitations to venue scheduling and more.  Make sure every detail is taken care of with our creative and professional event planning services. Appointments can be made by calling during business hours or by email.

On – Site Consultation

Not sure if the event location is a proper fit for your event / tent. Or want to hear some ideas on how your event can be arrangements. Texas Party Rental offers Free On – site Consultation that way we can answer your questions take measurements and see what items or tent size are the perfect fit for your party at the event location. In case destination is farther away than 30 miles charge can apply.

Delivery / Pick up

We offer delivery/pick up for all of our items in stock.

For business we normally try to do deliveries/pick up weekdays between 10am–6 pm (business operation hours).

Residential deliveries/pick up are weekdays between 5 pm–8 pm. We know that most of our customers work at business hours, that is why Texas Party Rental gives this extended service at no extra charge for their satisfied Customers.

On weekend delivery/pick up 10 am–5 pm. Texas Party Rental offer very reasonable prices designed for customer satisfaction.

Additional fees will occur for 2nd floor or higher delivery, distances greater than 50 ft. from loading/unloading trucks, specific delivery/pickup times, and after-hour delivery/pickup times.

Any Delivery Charge is not a tip paid to your driver. If you feel that they made an excellent Five Star Service you can reward your driver for awesomeness Customer Service.

Specified Delivery / Pick up

This service is a perfect option when timelines are restrictive. Texas Party Rental would deliver/pick up your rental items within one hour window. This would allow you to plan the set up/break down logistics.

This service has to be requested before the route is planned, since we have to assign driver’s and crew members to each order, and each crew can only be at one place at time, and from one place to other one with traffic, weather and road conditions. Texas Party Rental offer very reasonable prices designed for customer satisfaction.

After Hours Service

This service is a perfect option when timelines are restrictive. Texas Party Rental would deliver pick up your rental items outside ours business hours. This would allow you to plan the set up/break down logistics. This service has to be requested before the route is planned, since we have to assign driver’s and crew members to each order, and each crew can only be at one place at  time, and from one place to other one with traffic, weather and road conditions. Texas Party Rental offer very reasonable prices designed for customer satisfaction.

Sunday Delivery / Pick up

Texas Party Rental offers delivery/pick up on Sunday’s for maximum customer satisfaction. This service has to be requested before the route is planned, since we have to assign driver’s and crew members to each order, and each crew can only be at one place at  time, and from one place to other one with traffic, weather and road conditions. Texas Party Rental offer very reasonable prices designed for customer satisfaction.

Set up & Break down

Setting up or break down your event rental items can be stressful, time and energy consuming. Leave the stressing to our team so you can fully enjoy and be rested at the event.

Texas Party Rental offer very reasonable prices designed for customer satisfaction.

On-Site Service

 You may wish to retain the services of a Texas Party Rental employee during an event to ensure all items function properly and to help you solve unforeseen problems. Please call for more information and prices.

Emergency after - hour assistance

In case your rental items are having difficulties or not properly working, give us a call and leave a message and our emergency response team would get back with you to fix the problem. Texas Party Rental also provides emergency rental services.  Did you plan an outside party but it might rain?  Call our Emergency Party Response team, our experts can help you plan for weather in clemencies on a short time notice and ensure the success of your event.

Tent Rain Insurance

Predicting the future weather in Texas is very difficult and trying to outsmart it is not a good option. If you are not sure if a tent would be needed for your event. Ask about the Tent Rain Insurance plans. This way we reserve and schedule a tent and crew for you, and 48 hrs before delivery you can decide if you want it or not. And if you don’t want it there is no penalty or additional extra charge.

Community Service

In Texas Party Rental we know we are blessed with really good customers in our community and is a pleasure to provide the best service. That is why we try to give back to the community. Currently we offer support to charities, school and not-for-profit events and fund raising.

We also do a Wedding Giveaway to one lucky couple. Some of the best vendors of north Austin have joined efforts to provide a complete wedding to the winners couple.
