Rental Policies Minimize

 

 

Reservation

Reservation can be made by phone at 512 909 9208, email or in person at the store. In order to confirm a reservation we ask for a 50% deposit. This is required to take the items out of the available rental inventory and assigned to you, that way we cannot rent your items to another customer.

Texas Party Rental recommends that reservations made the sooner the better, reservations are served in a first come and reserve basis. We encourage at least 30 days prior the event.

 

Balance Due

Balance is due 10 business days before the event or delivery whichever is first. We are able to take payments by phone, mail or in person. Payment options are Major Credit Cards, Check or Cash.

 

Order Changes

Customers can make changes to their order up to 10 business days prior to the event, except on customs items that had to be made for that special event. From that date and up the change in quantities can go up but not down. This is really helpful in case your RSVP grow unexpected don’t worry we got you covered.

 

Customer Pick up/Drop off

Customers can pick up/drop off rental items from our warehouse, ask for an appointment. Take under consideration that customers are responsible for the rental items this includes loading, unloading, securing and transporting. Our staff would love to assist you loading and unloading if possible and available.

In special orders, dates or seasons please make an appointment for pick up and drop off that way we can help you the most.

 

Rental Period

Our System computes rentals for “time out” to “time in” at the warehouse 24 hour period approximately. We open on Sundays to serve better your needs.  Late return might incur in additional charges.

 

Delivery/Pick up

We offer delivery/pick up for all of our items in stock.

 

For business we normally try to do deliveries/pick up weekdays between 10 am–6 pm (business operation hours).

 

Residential deliveries/pick up are weekdays between 5 pm – 8 pm. We know that most of our customers work business hours, that is why Texas Party Rental gives this extended service at no extra charge for their satisfied Customers.

 

On weekend delivery/pick up 10 am – 5 pm. Texas Party Rental offer very reasonable prices designed for customer satisfaction.

 

Additional fees will occur for 2nd floor or higher delivery, distances greater than 50 ft. from loading/unloading trucks, specific delivery/pickup times, and after-hour delivery/pickup times.

 

Delivery service does not include set up or any additional services.

 

Please have the area completely clear of obstructions before we arrive at the job-site. TPR does its best to protect your property during the delivery, installation and removal process.

Any Delivery Charge is not a tip paid to your driver. If you feel that they made an excellent Five Star Service you can reward your driver for awesomeness Customer Service.

 

Return

All items are checked before they go out and checked back when they come back. We require that rental items are handled with care. Dinnerware, Glassware and Flatware has to be without any food residues.

Linens have to be shaken to remove crumbs residue. Candle wax and burns damage linens this will cause a damage charge.

 If you notice that a rental item broke down from normal wear and tear let us know so we can fix it.

Additional charges may apply for negligence or intended damage.

 

Set up/Break down

This service has to be arranged prior to the event delivery.

In case you need us to set up items that are not property of Texas Party Rental let your event consultant know so he/she can help you with proper quote.

 

Damage Waiver

Damage waiver is a non-refundable, 10% charge added to all rental contracts. It covers accidental damage from normal usage. Damage waiver does not cover loss or negligence.
